How you can help

The most powerful tool that KAFDA has at its disposal is community support.

Strong public outcry may be the only means to stop proposed industrial development in the Fitzroy Delta and Keppel Bay from occuring.

We need to make our voices heard and remain committed to ensure this cause is taken seriously.

We have included below a letter template for KAFDA supporters to show their concerns to politicians. It is preferred that all your concerns about the proposed developments in the Fitzroy Delta are conveyed to the people that matter in a personalised letter. The letter template will help you compose your letter. Remember to be concise and write about the issues you would like to highlight.

Keep up the rage and let the whole world know any way you can, if everyone tells someone it wont take long. Please mention the total destruction of Gladstone Harbour and all of its marine life including the endangered dugongs and turtles – it is too late for us but we are the best example of the CSG/LNG destruction which will devour a great deal of Queensland and Australia.

This is a terrible terrible thing. What is the world coming to when we have to destroy our wildlife and the beautiful lifestyle/environment we live in, just for the purpose of man and stupid descions made by selfish people. If this was to go through we will look like a Third World country, our shores will be dumping ground for all things toxic. This is a very bad mistake that will never beable to be taken back. Damage irrerversable.Disscusted Yeppoon Citizen.

This is the most horrific destruction ever faced by our country Australia and to the world itself.

It is happening NOW !!!!!!! NOW !!!!! and it is being carried out by our own people ! our own government and its overseas connections. There must be a way to fight this !

I have never spoken out this way before on any issue but this is beyond anything I have know before.

Tell all those you know about this nightmare.
